Can ears be washed?
No. Ears - handmade. You can lightly wipe the dirty area with a damp cloth, but they cannot be completely washed.
Do your ears bend?
Yes, our ears can be bent, for example, puppy, fox, rabbit ears. There is a frame inside. But I don't recommend bending often.
Can I return my ears if I don’t like them or I see some kind of defect?
We send you the same ears we use in the photo. Therefore, before buying, please kindly look at the photo carefully. We do not hide any minor defects. You must understand that this is handmade. But if your ears are badly damaged during transportation, please email us! From the moment of receiving the parcel, no more than 3 days should pass. And we will help you solve this problem.
I bought today’s release, but could you please make other bows for it, add airbrushing, etc.?
Not. We are not finalizing the ears since the release. If you want customized ears, then we have a special constructor.
Do you accept custom orders?
Sometimes we have such an opportunity. But you must understand that working on individual orders is more expensive. You can also use our constructor to create your own design.
