1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not been shipped. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns:

Due to product specifications, returns are not accepted. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not possible once your order has shipped. However, if there are any problems with your item, you may contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

About Shipping

We send by standard Russian mail. Delivery may take from two weeks to 5 months in rare cases. We ship worldwide.

Refunds:

If your package is returned to us, you will have to pay a shipping fee to have your package sent back to you. No refunds are available in these cases.

Delay or Loss:

We are not responsible for any delay or loss caused by courier or customs. We don’t cooperate with the postal service and have no control over the delivery process. The only thing we can do is write a letter to trace your package. An application for tracing is accepted if 3 months have passed since your parcel was sent.

Customs taxes:

You are responsible for any additional fees, customs and import taxes that may apply.

Shipping costs:

$ 10 for each item. If the order contains ears and any other accessory, then the delivery price of the ears is $ 10 per item, other accessories are $ 5 per item.

Shipment of product:

It takes 5-12 working days to ship product that are in stock. Items that are made individually are shipped within 12-21 business days.

Track number: 

 We issue a track number as soon as we ship your item. You can use the track number on any website you like. Sometimes the parcel are delayed at customs for a long time and we can’t influence it in any way. Therefore, it’s normal if the track number is not updated for a month or two. If the track number is not updated for more than three months, write to us and we will try to solve the problem.
